IrishLotto operates irishlotto.ie, an Irish digital platform. Our contact email is hello@irishlotto.ie.
We collect only data you provide directly: your email address (for account creation or newsletter), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details), and any content you choose to upload or create within the platform.
We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, session duration) through privacy-respecting tools. We do not use invasive tracking or build advertising profiles.
Your data is used solely to: provide the service you signed up for, send service-related emails (account, billing, updates), and improve our platform based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database hosting).
All data is stored on EU-based servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (EU hosting) and Vercel (GDPR-compliant) for infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), export your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (session management, authentication). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a maximum of 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Irish tax law.
