The IrishLotto platform, branding, and all original content are owned by IrishLotto and protected by Irish and EU intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant IrishLotto a limited licence to store and display it as part of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, IrishLotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
